  • What is Keepr?

    • Keepr offers full-service and on-demand storage that puts security and convenience first. We pick up, store, and bring back your items whenever you want. Everything you store with us is photographed, tagged with a barcode, and uploaded into your personal inventory that you can manage online.
  • Why use Keepr?

    • Keepr is your best bet for secure storage and a clutter-free home. Because we know how busy you are, we’re cutting out the inconveniences of hauling, packing, warehouse visits, and we’re doing it all for you. Using Keepr’s Website or Mobile App, you can schedule pickups and deliveries plus manage your storage inventory all online.
  • Where can I use Keepr?

    • Keepr is currently servicing Pasig, Makati, Taguig, Paranaque, and Muntinlupa. We’re looking to expand soon! Not sure if we can service your area? Give us a call!
  • How do I start keeping with Keepr?

    • You can sign up on our website or download the Keepr App. Create an account and book an appointment! It’s that easy! You can also contact our Customer Support if you need extra help. We’ll be there every step of the way.
  • What can I store with Keepr?

    • You can store anything that belongs to you except liquids, perishables, explosives, flammables, animals, hazardous items, firearms or illegal goods. View Storage Rules for more details.
  • How do I know which Storage Plan works best for me?

    • The Storage Plan you select should be based on the volume of space your items will occupy. Try to measure or estimate this before you book an appointment. If you’re unsure of how much space you need, our Storage Specialists can advise you on which Storage Plan works best for you.
  • Do you take photos of my things?

    • Yes, we do. We take photos of your bins and items you have stored. We only photograph the bin with its contents. We do not individually photograph each item you’ve stored. Photos are then added to your cloud-based inventory along with their corresponding barcode.
  • How do I access my Inventory?

    • Your inventory can easily be accessed by logging in to your Keepr account on the Keepr website or within the Keepr App. Our team photographs and labels your items with a unique barcode. It’s up to you to add a description to each item stored.
  • How should I pack my things?

    • First of all, it’s best to check our Storage Rules so you know what you can and can’t store with us. We provide Keepr bins for you to fill with your items or you can use your own boxes. Please pack your own things carefully with plenty of padding. We won’t be liable for any damages due to poorly packed items. Also, remove any batteries, perishables or liquids from your items. The easiest way around it? Avail of our packing service and leave everything to us!
  • Can you pack my things for me?

    • Yes, we offer packing services for ₱150 per hour. Packing materials such as bubble wrap, bins, boxes, and blankets will be provided. We can also disassemble furniture upon pick up.
  • What if my things can’t fit inside a Keepr bin?

    • If you think you need more space, it’s best to request extra Keepr bins. Don’t worry, you will only be charged for the space filled bins take up, and bins are always free to use. Avoid overpacking or overloading your bins as this may cause issues with storing or even damage the contents.
  • Can I keep the Keepr bins?

    • Keepr bins are free to use while storing with us. However, if you want to keep one for personal use at home, you can purchase the bins from us at ₱1000 per bin. Any bins that aren’t returned to us will automatically be charged to you.
  • How do I schedule pick up or delivery?

    • All pickups and deliveries are scheduled via the app or website. It’s first-come, first-served so please book your appointments in advance. We will confirm time, date and location subject to the availability of the Keepr Storage Specialists.
  • How much does pick up and delivery cost?

    • The first pickup is free and the flat rate for pickup or delivery after that is ₱500, regardless of the number of items.
  • What if I’m not there during pick up or delivery?

    • You must be personally present to facilitate pickups and receive deliveries. The Keepr team will only wait up to 30 minutes for you at the designated location, otherwise, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a no-show fee of ₱300. It’s best to inform us in advance if you’re unable to make your appointment.
  • How much does Keepr cost?

    • We’ll only charge you for the space you use. Nothing more, nothing less. We’ve got several storage sizes and our plans are flexible as you add and remove items. Each storage plan has a minimum commitment of only 3 months. You can have us pick up or deliver your items for a fee of ₱500 charger per trip, not per item. For more details, check our Pricing.
  • What other fees do I have to pay?

    • Keepr values transparency, that’s why we ensure all charges are made known to you. We only charge for storage subscriptions, pick up, delivery, packing services, village entrance fees, and no-show/cancellation fees. There are no additional handling charges or service fees. Under special circumstances, we may charge additional handling fees to cover our costs but these will always be subject to your approval.
  • How am I charged?

    • You are only charged for the space you use and your subscription begins the day your items arrive at our warehouse. Your monthly billing cycle will also be based on that date. For example, if we pick up your items on the 5th of the month, your second Billing Cycle begins on the 5th of the next month and so on. Your items are always delivered to the warehouse the same day they are picked up. As for pick up and delivery fees, they apply per trip as a whole, never per item. All charges are directly debited from your credit card for convenience.
  • What are the subscription terms?

    • Keepr offers three convenient subscription periods: 3, 6, and 12 months. All subscriptions have a security deposit requirement, due with your first-month fee, and applicable on the last month of your subscription. Failure to pay your succeeding monthly fees 15 days after the due date will result in a forfeiture of your security deposit to cover for storage and delivery fees.   • Can I change plans?

    • Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time! The increase in charges and your new plan will only apply on the day that you decide to upgrade. Our plans have a minimum commitment of 3 months, so it’s not possible to downgrade unless the time is used up.
  • What if I cancel my subscription?

    • The total rent of the Storage Plan’s minimum commitment is non-refundable. Even if you remove your items before the minimum commitment is up, you will still be charged the full amount. If you would like to close your account, you may do so at any time by contacting Keepr customer support. Delivery costs to return your items to you will still apply.
  • How secure is the Keepr warehouse?

    • The Keepr warehouse is in a secure compound restricted from public access with 24-hour surveillance. Your items will always be well lit and never out of sight. We are equipped with cameras, alarms and roving staff.
  • Is my stuff safe with Keepr?

    • We treat every item in storage as if it is our own. Aside from maintaining tight security, we constantly check storage conditions and make sure our warehouse is kept clean. For added security, you can choose to purchase one of our Protection Plans to ensure your belonging while in storage with us.
  • Can I visit the Keepr warehouse?

    • We pride ourselves in keeping your items safe and secure and only allow authorized personnel inside the warehouse. We’ve made pick ups and deliveries convenient for you so you’ll never have to visit a warehouse ever again. You may call us anytime for special assistance in retrieving your items in case of emergencies.
